(More customer reviews)I have two computers connected to my TV/Entertainment system and purchased this unit to balance the volume from my computers to my TV. Prior to this, I had to turn the volume on my stereo way up to hear movies played from my computers or when playing games. Switching back to TV without first lowering the volume would just about blow my speakers. I'm really happy with the amount of gain I was able to correct for on my computers and now switching between computer/TV I don't have to worry about volume. One thing that would have been nice is a simple remote to toggle between inputs, but for the bargain price and as often as I will need to change inputs, it's really not an issue. There was little to no noticeable noise added with the unit. I would recommend it for anyone wanting to boost the volume from a low power device to a home stereo.
