(More customer reviews)I received the rack recently and ound it to be good quality and good looking for what it is. I don't really understand the previous reviewer's complaint. The rack is black and looks like a black rack. I'm not sure what else is expected. As far as quality, I would not say it is upper end, but I would reserve that designation for a heavy duty rack designed to hold a lot of weight. This is a light duty rack that will hold suitcases camping equipment etc. just fine. A nice aspect of this is that it is light enough that it is easy to put on and take off if you do not want it on your vehicle all of the time. Plus, for the price, I think it is an exceptional buy so long as you buy it within its use constraints.
