(More customer reviews)I ordered this ladder rack because I was looking for a ladder rack that I could attach with mounting bracks since I only need to carry my ladder occassionally and want to be able to easily install and remove it without drilling permanent holes in my truck. If you look at the pictures for this product they show a ladder rack with mounting clamps. However, what I received was a ladder rack without mounting clamps that has to be bolted onto my truck. When I called Damlow customer service, the guy tried to convince me that all ladder racks must be bolted into the truck. After this he said he would sent me a couple clamps that I could use to clamp the ladder rack onto my truck. This of course is a ridicules idea. Now I have to lug it to the UPS office and pay to ship it back. I wrote this review because I hope to prevent anyone else from being fooled.
