(More customer reviews)first of all this is what happened, ordered this hitch on 11/14/10 and was delivered last night by UPS to my neighbor's front door. my good neighbor notify me about the package and brought it to my house at 7:40 pm. thank you my friend. UPS? never mind. Now, here's the real deal. hitch looks better than the picture. installed it by myself in less than 20 minutes. How? I used rope in one side to align the holes first then tighten the 2 middle bolts in the center. bang! that's it. now, it shows only 2" receiver when installed and it looks better than hitch from honda. trust me. instructions good only one page, hitch holes alignment is 0/0, price is good, free shipping I used the two-days amazon prime trial. highly recommended for the same car model. oh! I'm not a professional and this is my first time to install a so-called Hitch. good luck guys!!!
