This rack is not only a breeze to install, it outperforms all other headache racks I've bought in the past. It is as sturdy as the truck bed it is mounted on. This rack will not flex or bend even with a significant load trying to pull it back. The stake pocket bolts are the only bolts holding this down, there is absolutely no drilling (at least with my application). It's a very good investment for the money and you will be very satisfied with it, I know I am. The design is not cumbersome at all and once it's installed it looks better than other headache racks that detract from the beauty of the truck they're mounted on.
