(More customer reviews)Bought this for my Mazda CX-9. Arrived promptly. Great construction. Now that it is attached, works well/sturdy/etc. HOWEVER...I consider myself fairly handy, and installation of this was quite tricky. Holes lined up fine, but could not get the hitch up under the car and aligned without first removing a couple of the bumper screws so that I could "pursuade" the hitch around it. The other option that would have worked would be to lift up the rear end of the vehicle for installation. (dual jacks, ramps, etc). I didn't have any of those around at the time. Thus, after fussing around with it for about 60-90 minutes, I finally got it in. Having a second set of hands probably would have cut the time in half, but still would not have eliminated the need for the bumper bending.
