(More customer reviews)The item pictured is the A31110 not the A31600. It connects to the existing rack with multiple bolts. The A31600, a much cheaper (less well constructed) cross bar. Please don't order this thinking Amazon is giving you a great deal on the better cross bar. I called and was told the heavier cross bar cost more money. I told the sales rep that is why I went with Amazon because they advertised the better bar for the price of the cheap one. She told me I was out of luck (GFY) and that I could write this review. So I did.
