(More customer reviews)Putting the hitch on was pretty straightforward. The fish wires worked great and all the installation tips were good, however when it came time to tighten everything down it all fell apart.
Not all of the fasteners could be tightened because the bolts were too long to use typical sockets and the channel design on both sides prevent the use of deep sockets. The channel design in itself requires a u-joint attachment be used.
Overall I'm happy with the product, but I would have chosen something with a slightly different design if I knew how difficult it would be to tighten down all the fasteners.
