(More customer reviews)The title just about sums it up. For about 1/3 the price of other backrests, this one provides everything needed including the mounting hardware. As mentioned by other posters there were no instructions, but the assembly is very self evident. four small bolts, nuts and washers go in the small holes to attach the mounting brackets to the backrest. set the bar in place and put the other four bolts spacers washers and nuts where they fit. it will only go together one way.
