(More customer reviews)Overall I will say this kit does what it's suppose to do. However, the latches are really difficult to turn and get to clamp down. I actually have to carry tools with me to get them on and off. The big disappointment is that Harley, from what I can tell, didn't put any ways to lock it. A thief can now walk up to your bike and pop the two latches and walk off with your tour pak. Not cool.
