(More customer reviews)I bought this for my 2001 Yukon XL so that I could maximize my towing capacity. I don't know why GM doesn't put on a heavy duty one to begin with. I like how the receiver sits higher up and hugs the bumper. The stock one hung too low. The one I got has one of the bumper mounting holes slightly off and I will need to grind this part out. I also wish that this receiver would have had an attached bracket for the wire harness like the stock one. For the price and towing capacity this was a great value. I would have given 5 stars if the one mounting hole would have lined up right.
