(More customer reviews)I'm satisfied with this rack. It's well designed, easy to switch out, and sturdy. The hinge at the base allows easy access to our tailgate even when the rack is loaded. The only drawback is that the individual bike holders slip relative to each other over time such that bikes will not be parallel to the bumper but rather skewed at some angle. This can probably be easily remedied with some sort of stopper (i.e. electrical tape) but I'm yet to try this.
