(More customer reviews)The product itself is a heavy duty cargo carrier and made well. The only complaint I have is that I ordered a new unit but it look like some else had already open the carton, the plastic parts bags holding the parts such as flat washers, lock washers and 3/8-16 Cge bolts with some missing, plus the packing was not very good, dents and paint scrathed off. It was a Christmas present for someone else, not very good when they think you buy used gifts.
