Received my Pack Rack. They have a nice instruction page with numbered legs and side supports. Legs and supports are all "L" shaped and they number the left leg as "5" and right leg as "6". The left leg should align as L and the right leg as the opposite, with the inside of the L facing inwards. Problem is the that when you put the number 5 leg on the left side as instructed in the L is facing the opposite way (ie the inside of the L is facing outward). So I simply tried switching the leg 6 to the left and the 5 leg to the right so the L's face inward to each other. Now the holes don't line up. Don't waste your time with this poorly designed rack. I'm sure it's sturdy but trying to get the square shouldered bolts to align with the square bolt holes is next to impossible. My only solution is to go fish out the box it came in, repack it, take it to a shipping place, ship it back, wait and hope it comes correctly built the next time or find something better. I posted my review on Rockler's site but of course it never showed. However, many of the reviews talk about misaligned holes and the need to follow directions EXACTLY. I did follow the directions step by step even aligning the parts exactly as they do in their pictures.
