I am using it in an Acura TL. I expect it will work in any automobile the has the same type of two rod headrest supports (i.e. not just for BMW).
Only comment I'll make is that it could be a bit sturdier - the hanger has a bit more flex in it than I prefer. Time will tell... That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
Overall, I am very pleased with the product.
