I bought your surf tie down straps expecting something simple and useful and was very disappointed to discover that the straps have metal buckles with no padding (seems like you gotta have your board in a board bag to use these straps) and also not very straightforward to use as there is an extra buckle to take up the slack that doesn't work very well. boo hooo. Anyway, I'm in Mexico now so no way to return them and very disappointed with the purchase.
Keep developing the product and please do some user tests before releasing to market.
