We used it in conjunction with a hammock in the backseat & what a difference it made keeping our pets contained but comfortable. They stayed in the back, but were able to easily lay down and shift positions. It also made for easier transferring in and out of the vehicle. We could easily attach the clip to the zipline without having to crawl and reach a seat belt buckle & the zipline kept them secure in the vehicle until we attached their leashes and unhooked the line clip.
We used this product with medium sized dogs (under 50lbs).
