I ordered on a Saturday and received the following Wednesday. Very high quality product with a glossy black paint finish. The bolts and nuts were also a very good grade. Instructions were very clear and easy to understand. It took me approximately 15 minutes to install of which five minutes were spent looking to a 3/4" deep well socket. Might be a good idea to have someone help you lift it into place. I had my 16 year old son hold it up while I stated the bolts. I highly recommend this product! Very happy with my new hitch :).

You could imagine my surprise when I ordered this on a Thursday evening and it arrived at my door on Saturday morning, all with free shipping! The install went very smoothly and I was shocked at the quality and fitment. For some reason my Jeep didn't have a shield around the gas tank, so the weld nuts in the frame were full of rust. I ran an M12 x 1.75 tap through them to make life much easier.
Please note: You will have to have a friend pry on the exhaust pipe if you want to use all 6 bolts and the first picture here on Amazon is the mount you will be receiving.
Enjoy,
Justin L.

I purchased and installed this hitch on my 2005 Dodga Dakota and it works great. The mounting holes lined up as advertised and installed easily. The instructions were easy to follow and the powder coating finish is excellent.

Curt Manufacturing 13138 Class III Receiver Review

The receiver is made with heavy construction and nicely finished, and included all the hardware needed. The instructions show a simple enough install where you just remove two existing bolts from the frame and fit the receiver, then drill two new holes using it as a template, something that should take 20 minutes or less with the right tools.
Unfortunately for me, even though my truck was listed for compatibility, the factory tow hook was in the way and I couldn't install the receiver without removing it. The tow hook is secured high up on one of the frame rails with three difficult to reach bolts, and also attached to a strut bolted to the bumper assembly with the bolt tack welded in place. Only once it was removed could I follow the original instructions and everything was fine, just took much longer due to the hook.

Very solid and clean build. It fit so perfectly on my 2011 equinox that I didn't have to bang it in with a hammer or support it while I put in the bolts. Installation is very simple and straight forward. Six bolts and your done. The two bolts at the bumper did take a bit of time because of the loops faor the safety chains blocked me from simply using a ratchet wrench with an extension, but once I figured out to just slip my arm between the bumper and the hitch, it went by quickly.

First of all the hitch showed up the day they said it would, very fast even with free shipping. This hitch was the best deal I saw online, and I found it from someone else's recommendation. Fits perfect, and talk about beefy! Twice as heavy as the old hitch I removed, and the 6 mounting points were more spread out and better in my opinion. Install took 1/2 tops by myself. Highly recommend to anyone, great product at a great price.

This cross reference for this item said it would fit my 2001 F-150. IT DID NOT FIT. I don't know if it was Amazon or the manufacturer. I return it for a refund.

This was easy to install, and is exactly as expected. Minor inconvenience of needing to remove the the spare for installation, but the hitch doesn't interfere with the spare once installed. Fortunately, I own the necessary tools for install. The only tool some people may not have is a torque wrench.

There was no drilling into the frame needed for install. The only cutting needed to do was for the air suspension. The plate for the air suspension needed to be trimmed a little, but took little effort. came with all of the bolts needed for install and even a bolt guide to help hold a couple of the bolts in place. I could have installed this by myself, but it made it even easier to install with one other person due to the weight.

This hitch hooked up perfectly and I was able to install it by myself by simply propping one end up with a jackstand. It seems like it is great quality and it looks really pretty with the powder coating in shiny black.

I ordered this Curt hitch for my 2005 Toyota Sienna van. What a hitch! Quarter inch steel angle bracing where it attaches to the van welded beautifully to a super strong, thick pipe that curves perfectly to fit the van. Bolt holes line up perfectly with threaded holes in van frame. Built like a tank! Fits like a glove! Love it!
Easy to install! Tip: Instead of taking down the exhaust pipe like the instructions say to do, I just pushed the exhaust pipe (on the passenger side) over to the side a little (the rubber mount has some give) and braced it there with a little piece of 2x4 that I wedged between the pipe and the heavy plastic piece that runs below the bumper. That left me just enough room to get my big hands in to start threading in the 3 bolts on that side. And then I didn't have to use a swivel socket: just a ratchet, extension and 3/4" shallow socket.

Bought this for a Highlander and very easy to fit and solidly built.
Took me about 20 mins to fit, instructions correct.
This was a nice surprise as I had previously install an aftermarket hitch that did not fit very well.
