(More customer reviews)I put this hitch on 2003 Honda CRV in 45 minutes, it was a piece of cake didn't even need a jack. Everything lined up perfectly. My only complaint is that the muffler clunks against the hitch when I am turning or on rough roads. I willl need to grind some metal off the hitch, not a lot but enough to be annoyingly tedious.

(More customer reviews)I ordered on a Saturday and received the following Wednesday. Very high quality product with a glossy black paint finish. The bolts and nuts were also a very good grade. Instructions were very clear and easy to understand. It took me approximately 15 minutes to install of which five minutes were spent looking to a 3/4" deep well socket. Might be a good idea to have someone help you lift it into place. I had my 16 year old son hold it up while I stated the bolts. I highly recommend this product! Very happy with my new hitch :).

Curt Manufacturing 13068 Class III Receiver Hitch Review

(More customer reviews)I received this hitch in just two days and although the box was in pretty bad shape when It was dropped off, there was no damage. I got all the tools I needed including something to prop it up during installation and it only took me about 15 minutes including torquing the bolts. This is definitely the best fitting hitch I have installed and it is my fourth one. The fit and finish was perfect. Without their little fish wire this could have been considerably longer than the 20 minutes stated. I would definitely purchase another hitch from CURT MFG.

Curt Manufacturing 11005 Class I Receiver Review

(More customer reviews)This was sent to me very quickly and with Super Saving Shipping - to my suprise it also had the tongue or reciever and the reciever pin and clevis pin, I thought I was going to have to buy one but it was in there, as a kit, I did supply my own reciever BALL. All the hardware was in packaging as well as the instructions. The install went in "W/OUT A HITCH"(No Problems that is)- my wife gave me a quick hand so when I was holding the hitch frame up under the car she dropped in the bolts through the plates/brackets. Took about 1hr 15 min from start to finish(wiring took and additional 45 min). I installed the Ball on the new reciever did the wiring and Bamm all done. I highly recommend this to anyone needing this Hitch for light duty hauling - Ease of install on scale of 1-10 = 2 very easy to do.

You could imagine my surprise when I ordered this on a Thursday evening and it arrived at my door on Saturday morning, all with free shipping! The install went very smoothly and I was shocked at the quality and fitment. For some reason my Jeep didn't have a shield around the gas tank, so the weld nuts in the frame were full of rust. I ran an M12 x 1.75 tap through them to make life much easier.
Please note: You will have to have a friend pry on the exhaust pipe if you want to use all 6 bolts and the first picture here on Amazon is the mount you will be receiving.

(More customer reviews)Very solid and clean build. It fit so perfectly on my 2011 equinox that I didn't have to bang it in with a hammer or support it while I put in the bolts. Installation is very simple and straight forward. Six bolts and your done. The two bolts at the bumper did take a bit of time because of the loops faor the safety chains blocked me from simply using a ratchet wrench with an extension, but once I figured out to just slip my arm between the bumper and the hitch, it went by quickly.

If you don't it could cause you a lot of trouble. You might need someone to help you hold it in place while starting the bolts. This thing is not light.

The plate for the air suspension needed to be trimmed a little, but took little effort. came with all of the bolts needed for install and even a bolt guide to help hold a couple of the bolts in place. I could have installed this by myself, but it made it even easier to install with one other person due to the weight.
